Meeting Your Standards
- To help us meet your exact standards and requirements, we must build a very clear and accurate job description, so it is important that you provide us with details on your home, the duties/responsibilities and the hours and salary. This will enable us to present you with the most suitable candidates for the role.
Making Your Selection - Once we have established your requirements, you will be presented with details of a selection of suitable candidates. When you have made your selection, please contact our offices to arrange interviews. Again, it is important, during the interviews, to be very specific about your requirements and to give the candidates a clear picture of what can be expected of them.
When you feel confident that you have found the right person and would like to offer the position to the candidate, please contact your consultant who will in turn contact the candidate with your offer.
